Getting Started

We offer artwork photography, post-production on image files, giclée fine art printing, and custom framing — all under one roof in Lisbon. We’re proud to be both a Canson Certified Print Lab and a Hahnemühle Certified Studio.

File & Print Questions

TIFF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC. TIFFs must be flattened. PNGs must not contain transparency. Max file size: 500MB. Please note that the larger the files, the longer they will take to upload.

RGB (preferably Adobe RGB, but sRGB is fine). Files not in RGB will be converted.

Upload it to the Kilfigurator — it will show you the max print size we recommend.

Every paper we offer is paired with an ICC profile built and calibrated for our own printers under our tightly controlled conditions. Each profile is integrated into our colour-managed workflow and verified through test prints, ensuring that every artwork is reproduced with the precision, consistency, and tonal fidelity our clients expect.

Yes. We offer file editing at 60€ + VAT per hour if the file wasn’t scanned or photographed by us.

We usually store client files for up to 12 months, making it easy to place repeat orders without re-uploading. Your files are used exclusively for your projects, never shared, and your copyright remains entirely yours. We can delete files immediately after an order is complete if you request it. While we are not a long-term storage service and clients should not rely on us for file archiving, this short-term retention offers convenience without compromising the security or ownership of your work.
