At Kilford Studios, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery for your giclée prints. We’ve partnered with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
Our standard turnaround and shipping process:
Prints: 3–5 business days
Canvas prints stretched: 3–7 business days
Mounting: 3–7 business days
Framing: 5–10 business dayss
Artwork Photography: 3–7 business days
Orders placed after 11:00h are considered received the next business day. During high-demand periods, lead times may increase by 1–3 days. Transit times are not included in these turnaround estimates.
Shipping Options:
We have several shipping options depending on your needs
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 working days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.
Shipping estimates applicable to domestic orders. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs process.
Shipping Prices:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. You will be able to view the shipping prices during the checkout process before finalizing your order. (in development)
Order tracking:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
International Shipping:
We ship orders internationally, except to the USA. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
